Today I placed two more implants for evaluation. One was 4.0 mm × 11.5 mm, and the other was 4.5 mm × 11.5 mm.
One implant was placed immediately after tooth extraction with bone grafting, while the other was placed in the 6–7 region. 

I want to evaluate the clinical performance, especially the outcome of immediate implant placement with bone grafting. 

I will monitor the healing and keep you updated with the clinical and radiographic results.

Both implants were placed slightly subcrestally (submerged). However, the cover screw of the implant placed in 

the #6 region did not seat properly, while the posterior implant was completely fine.
 

At the patient's next follow-up, I will remove and reposition the cover screw if needed, then continue monitoring the site to evaluate whether there is any bone loss or other complications.
I also took a radiograph to confirm the implant position and assess the healing process. From the clinical examination, I felt that the cover screw of the implant in the #6 region was not properly seated, whereas the posterior implant appeared to be in good condition. I will keep you updated with the clinical and radiographic findings.
One thing I have realized is that, regardless of the implant system, it is always best to use the original surgical kit and the recommended drilling sequence designed for that system.

No matter how many alternative techniques or improvisations are used, nothing matches the precision, stability, and ease of placement achieved with the implant's own dedicated kit. 

It makes the procedure much smoother and gives greater confidence during implant placement.
