Today I placed one of your implants (4.0 × 10 mm). I was really impressed when I opened it. The implant design looks excellent, and the cutting edges are very aggressive and sharp.

The only challenge was that I didn't have the original implant driver/kit to engage the implant properly. I used a small workaround with my own technique, and despite that, the implant achieved very good stability and responded very well. I placed it about 1 mm subcrestal (below the bone level).

Now I will monitor the healing. We are planning to load it after about two months. When I reopen the site, I will carefully evaluate the bone condition, check for any bone loss or other issues, and I will definitely share the clinical pictures and the post-operative OPG with you.

The original plan was to place four implants. I used one of your implants, while the other three were from another system that I normally use. The only difficulty with your implant was the implant carrier/driver compatibility. As you mentioned, it is compatible with the Osstem system, but I didn't have an Osstem kit available at that time. The abutments and screws engaged properly, but the implant driver did not.

Even so, I managed to place the implant successfully at the desired bone level. Honestly, I really enjoyed using it. The cutting efficiency was excellent. If I had the original driver with the kit, the procedure would have been even smoother and more enjoyable.
